Application Review

Technical Screen (45 min)
A focused conversation about your verification experience. No whiteboard puzzles — just real verification scenarios.
Technical Assignment
A take-home assignment on a small DUT. Typically 4–6 hours. We pay for your time if you complete it.
Team Interview
Meet the team you'd work with. Cultural fit and collaboration style. Both sides decide if it's the right match.
Offer
We move quickly. Offer within 48 hours of the final interview. Negotiation is expected and welcome.
